Window ought to be ope this far from quarter end. near term acquisition unlikely per CC. I would be surprised to learn a blackout had been imposed.

The "DIP" is more like a DAM busting !!

Dam busting - it could be an opportunity to get back in. Viemed mentioned a possible buy back on the last call. This is there chance.

They need to get CMS to make a favorable decision and not leave it in limbo. or capitulation is coming. The longer this goes unresolved, the lower the share price will go. IMO A buyback would screw up their attempt to change to an aquisiton company/diversify and a total waste of money. IMO

They don't need anything from CMS. They did there Audit. A buyback doesn't screw anything up. They mentioned both on the same call.

Longterm wrote "They don't need anything from CMS" Well the market sure seems to think they need to do something. Just look at the share price tanking. Anyway...in my world the share price and making money counts. Not losing it. This stock is going to be in the dog house, a long while.

Disagree. This one is about growth not profitability. just looking at Apria. They now have reported a quarter earnings after IPO. EPS of 1.27$. And PE of 24. How are we now under 10? is apria subject to different CMS coverage ?

Bozo mgmt did not make clear that the $29 million refund recommended by incompetent OIS can be no more than $11 million due to time clock.

ISFCA wrote " OIS can be no more than $11 million due to time clock. " I don't understand why Hoyt would tell RBC that and the company not to put it in the NR. Talk about insider information, if true?

I like this one. I trade both ways. Up and down. This was a no brainer, but will be done end of today. It has pretty well capitulated... I think bottom will be $7.50. though. Good luck to you....

That's why small short traders close out thier positions at the end of the day. The big guys, it is not so easy.

5 minutes 30 million in cash could make 14 to 16 cents a share next quarter maybe a good candidate for a takeover

This thought has crossed my mind. That's why the PE is half of Apria - whose fraud cost 40 million. Something is going on. But that could work very nicely. A $20 buy out would cost 800 million. Lunch money for a guy like Bestobe.

Ok. Is Apria subject to the same CMS rules?
