Because they dont want to go to jail.  Think about it.

The company can do a buy back.

Window ought to be ope this far from quarter end. near term acquisition unlikely per CC. I would be surprised to learn a blackout had been imposed.

The "DIP" is more like a DAM busting !!
Comment by LongTerm3 on Jun 01, 2021 10:41am
Dam busting - it could be an opportunity to get back in. Viemed mentioned a possible buy back on the last call. This is there chance.

They need to get CMS to make a favorable decision and not leave it in limbo.  or capitulation is coming. The longer this goes unresolved, the lower the share price will go. IMO A buyback would screw up their attempt to change to an aquisiton company/diversify and a total waste of money. IMO

They don't need anything from CMS. They did there Audit. A buyback doesn't screw anything up. They mentioned both on the same call.

Longterm wrote "They don't need anything from CMS" Well the market sure seems to think they need to do something. Just look at the share price tanking. Anyway...in my world the share price and making money counts. Not losing it. This stock is going to be in the dog house, a long while.

Disagree.  This one is about growth not profitability.  just looking at Apria.   They now have reported a quarter earnings after IPO.   EPS of 1.27$.   And PE of 24.  How are we now under 10? is apria subject to different CMS coverage ?

Bozo mgmt did not make clear that the $29 million refund recommended by incompetent OIS can be no more than $11 million due to time clock.

ISFCA wrote " OIS can be no more than $11 million due to time clock.   " I don't understand why Hoyt would tell RBC that and the company not to put it in the NR. Talk about insider information, if true?

Besttobe - just go away. Your just a basher, with bad intentions.
Comment by lscfa on Jun 01, 2021 12:30pm
IR gave me the same email reply.   And the amount ticks down to zero at end of 2021.
Comment by besttobe on Jun 01, 2021 1:10pm
ISFCA....I am not sure if this part of the OIG report will come into play or not? I wonder if it could over ride the time clock?  Per OIG.... In CMS’s January 30, 2018, letter notifying Sleep Management of its intent to terminate the prepayment suspension, CMS stated, “[p]lease be advised that this action to terminate your payment suspension should not be construed as any positive ...more

Go away, and try to destroy some other company.
Comment by besttobe on Jun 01, 2021 2:02pm
Longterm wrote "Go away, and try to destroy some other company." I am not trying to destroying the stock Longterm. The market doesn't like it, because it is being attacked by the OIG.  The S/P has been declining for awhile due to covid being over (no longer a covid play) and had slowing core growth, plus the issue of the OIG targeting the three largest NIV providers has been ...more

What I am saying is please move onto another stock you like.

I like this one. I trade both ways. Up and down.  This was a no brainer, but will be done end of today.  It has pretty well capitulated... I think bottom will be $7.50. though. Good luck to you....

50 short and hold too long and they get bought out could get burnt pretty bad
Comment by besttobe on Jun 01, 2021 3:16pm
That's why small short traders close out thier positions at the end of the day. The big guys, it is not so easy.
Comment by Bcminer11111111 on Jun 01, 2021 2:43pm
probably a takeover if this stock keep getting shorted
Comment by Bcminer11111111 on Jun 01, 2021 2:46pm
5 minutes 30 million in cash could make 14 to 16 cents a share next quarter maybe a good candidate for a takeover
Comment by JackLambert on Jun 01, 2021 3:50pm
This thought has crossed my mind.   That's why the PE is half of Apria - whose fraud cost 40 million.   Something is going on.   But that could work very nicely. A $20 buy out would cost 800 million.  Lunch money for a guy like Bestobe.

Oh my Lambert...The conspiracy theories are worse than Q-Anon around here.  The Gov't sets the rates and pays the bills for VMD. Now, OIG are threatening to wipe out all their cash and VMD is under attack.  CMS needs to give VMD a decision, but as we all know, the Gov't works at it's own pace.  So down she goes...and no potiential buyout company, would touch VMD with ...more

Ok.  Is Apria subject to the same CMS rules?
