They would not be hiring, unless they were getting paid. This means they are growing. They are tight with there money except on there own salary.  I guess this just throws Bestobe scam out the window.

Indeed. St this rate they will have 1000 employees in three years.   APRIA SIZE.  who currently trade around 30$.   Fraud becomes them.

In the past six months the staff increse is about 11%. (or 22% per year). Stellar indeed but it appears to fall short of what is necessary to grow revenue or earnings at a 40% or even 30% per annum. Odd, but the last quarterly conference call had management somewhat defensive and almost embarassed about the earnings performance and phantom share expense.  During the CC, they boasted how ...more

You lost me here Don.   LSCFA did an analysis of what additional staff does to the bottom line.  Might be worth another look.  I don't know if there is any magic to the 40% growth number - any growth will slow as the company scales out.   Since day one I have argued the real risk here is growth - hence my ongoing belief a buy out is in the works over time.  Yesterday ...more

And -  large unserved market no effective competition robust growth highly liquid tiny debt light capital model works service delivery model works tell me this isn't about the phantom shares

I also notice that marketwatch has recently started calculating revenue per employee.   We are around 250000$ per head.   Apria 180000. Resmed 350000.   Now look at the PEs,.... just saying.   If the argument is that we are being punished by OIG for being too successful - as specious as that argument is - we seem to be middle of the pack.  Apples oranges got it   ...more

JackLambert, you are absolutely correct. Employee growth rate does not directly correlate to earnings. They do have to flesh out the organization with more RTs, admin, IT etc.   This quarter's results will have the overhang of being compared to last year's quarter that had the extraordinary earnings. Nevertheless, I am expecting earnings well above the analyst projection ...more
