stock options

The stock price being so low and no buyback in palce is management just going to issue a bunch of more options so they can dilute us even more and get even more richer??

I hope they don't but It sure feels like that is the next step they will take since they have done nothing to increase price (ie no buyback, etc).  Even if they announced a buyback and didn't act on it that would at least help stop the free fall.

This is the time of year they exercise their RSU rights and the company holds back shares to sell on the open market to pay the tax benefit portion. The shorts are well aware of this and are now shorting in anticipation of this. IMO Why some here continue to hold this dud, is beyond me.  GLTA

The 2022 stock incentive awards were just filed. There is some difference from prior years.  The total number of options were down. The exercise price is in US dollars ($5.21).  However, they granted RSUs vesting over 3 years (subect to some undisclosed contingency) where the company gives a right to common shares on each anniversary date.  So there could be some selling They also ...more

Thank you donmayne for all your constructive posts that prove how greedy this Viemed management is. I'm really disappointed with the share price, and how the Viemed management doesn't care about their shareholders. Even when the share price keeps plummeting, they rigged the game to award themselves a huge amount of shares and phantom share dividend on top of their salary. That cash ...more
