Wrote IR and Todd

"Is something amiss?

The share price and 13G filings are showing the exit of two of your most significant shareholders, Claret Asset Management and CI Investments.  The significant decline in share price suggests that VieMed is one of the worst underperformers in the market.

A number of shareholders are wondering how VieMed's profitability is weathering the most recent and biggest pandemic surge.  The dearth of any news in the face of the exits and share price decline suggests something is seriously amiss.

Can shareholders please have an update on guidance and direction of Viemed's exit from the pandemic?"

Management is not reacting at all.... More preoccupied to put money in their pockets ! Yes they hired, but it's not mean that they make money, at the end.

An explanation for all the hiring is required too. Is this ballooning S&G expenses without a commensurate increase in revenues?
Comment by donmayne on Feb 15, 2022 11:34am
One of my concerns is that the increased hiring is to seek replacements for those employees who are departing.  Although their count is up, I hope that vacancies are not included in that count.  I also wonder how many employees are part-time vs full-time.   The silence from IR and management is disconcerting.

Last Press release was November 8th, 2021.    Every recent quarter has been positive....they are profitable......pristine balance sheet. Quite confusing.

They have about 12 times the revenue Viemed has, and about 7.5 times the amount of employees.

Is this exacty what you sent them?
Comment by donmayne on Feb 15, 2022 2:02pm
Yes...if I missed something, feel free to write them directly as well.   Their email addresses are on the website.  The more shareholders to voice their displeasure, the better.  They should be accountable to both clients and investors.

I sent Todd an email about a month ago, and never heard back. We have a conference call in 2 1/2 weeks.

They rarely respond. Perhaps they are too embarassed or ashamed to be accountable.

Here is the Response I received.  Hi Don, thanks for the continued interest and outreach.  Viemed issues material news releases and regularly holds earnings calls to update shareholders.  This information is available on their website.   They reported Q3 in November, it was a record quarter for their core business.  You can find ...more

What is really needed is status report on over-billing allegations.
