What happened in the past has nothing to do with what a company is worth. But, to answer your question it was oversold, but still a growing company. I'm not going to keep on playing an email game. You don't understand how the market works, or the value of a business.

Bruce Campell continues to buy VMD. Was .95% of his fund and now 1.95% of his fund. Some of the % gain is due to share price increase , but bulk of it is buying.  GLTA
