Technical Analysis
Scotty19, not sure if your still hangin around the Viemed board and pretty sure you said that you sold your shares awhile back. So I will understand if you do not wish to comment. By my own admittance I have never been much of a technical guy, pretty much look at financial numbers and growth strategy plans that prove themselves out over time.
What I have learned lately is that technical analysis doesn't factor in the news wire, in this case the recent acqusition news. A previous Beacon report stated that a $30 million dollar acqusition could add $2.00 to the SP and here we are pretty much. I for one am quite surprised at this latest move, based on low trading volume and the fact that the deal isn't closed yet. ( LongTerm3 will ground me again for saying that. LOL )
If you are so inclined, what does this latest move point to from a technical perspective? Thanks in advance, GLTA.

The stock was under valued. It is finally getting the recognition it deserved. It was really held back with all the OIG garbage. People don't want to buy a stock when you have something like that over hanging the company. Also they would miss EPS by a Penny, and seeking alpha would put out a huge press release saying they missed by 25 Percent.

Careful there Scotty. You'll get called a liar around here carrying on like that with those numbers.

People can think what they like it doesn't bother me. I know what I held and what I presently hold in other stocks. I have made a lot of money with QIPT&VMD over the years. It was originally a tough pill to swallow as PHM was going down but worth it in the long run. I am out just now but I will be looking for an opportunity to buy back in.

Scotty19, really appreciate you taking the time. With Q2 numbers a few weeks away, you never know how investors, traders and shorters will react. I still believe the realistic wild card would be a VA contract announcement, followed my another acquisition, small chance in my view of a buy out. Interesting times for both companies, Viemed and Quipt. GLTA.
