Is there a buy back program in effect? Does anyone here knows how to check the lastest stats of huch much the company has bought back recently?

The old NCIB is a Canadian thing only. I doubt the way that treasury shares can be re-issued without a prospectus would fly in the US. unless they want to cancel shares - which they won't - I can't see this being an issue right now. The cost is non trivial.

They put in a buy back a while ago. I'm not sure if it is still open. As far as I understand they are just buying from the street, No need for perspectus.
