What does this have to do with VMD?

The obvious.   I have argued that the price of this security has been pegged for the last year.   To those who brush this concern  off i  would say get informed.

Last CC even Hoyt and Zehnder seemed confounded why this seems stalled and cant get traction regardless of performance. I think there are probably more than just TD deciding to hold things down when they desire. They just havn't all been caught yet.

Indeed.   What angers me about the TD post is the "don't worry we've fixed the problems and now all is fine".   If you fixed them I assume they were broken.   And how can anything be broken in a regulatory environments like Canada's which is simply so very very expensive.   shame I say.
