nezcasse, this question should have been on the NAN board, not every SH of NAN is also a SH of VMS. As to te answer to your question at this stage of the game it is inside information & we along with all other outsiders will have to wait for that information to be released. The last PR did not give a whole lot of info. GLTAL

I find it incongruous that such information is not available now, while the acquisition was announced publicly SEQI PORT ... I hope it remains as serious honest here at VMS-NAN ... I seem to have heard or read that such acquisition would be made at a price of $ 50 million ... I am then ...more

$50 million sounds rather high to me. Given that the company who put the port in are no longer in need of it fire sale prices should be in effect. Anything over $10 million would be a surprise to me. JMO GLTA
