Im thinking the only reason they are financing is to have these shares in strong hands to dilute Poutneys enough so that poutney and hbay won;t be able to do a hostile takeover which management may feel is getting to a possibility in numbers now...so they are just going to get the numbers tilting back in their favour to get a better price if there take-out was indeed a possibility..

If that's the case, I'd like to see management put a considerable amount of "skin in the game" Note: there are also shares available in the "open" market... GP has done a good job of accumulating this way!

m8 are you thinking of the shareholders right plan, called a poison pill, to prevent a hostile takeover by a company or individual.

well i don;t know if im off track or not...but if poutney and hbay have a certain amount of stock that gets uncomfortable for management i just thought they could do options and a p/p that poutnet can;t take part in to dilute the poutney/hbay strength..??..if poutney and hbay want to get back in sync and retail wants to hang tough then poutney /hbay might have to take the stock to the 40's to ...more
