insider buys

have been happening almost every day for two years...from 32 cents down..it means nothing really...just a take out at maybe 22 cents or so as the fella doing all the insider buys is not management and his share holding may not be friendly for retail....i think he has around 20 million shares ..??

I bought around .32 when VMS was not even in production. The price started going down after the start of joint venture. One insider  started picking up all the shares that are coming down  and at the same time the volume dried up and the price tubled to .18 cents. The volume is almost very low on a regular basis. Now, suddenly I see big trnasactions but the share price remained low
