Exploration
A buy out will depend entirely on HBM's exploration underground at Reed and immediate surrounding area. If they find very little or nothing why would they pull the trigger, only a couple years mine life left, because was it not a 5 year mine life when the deal was signed. Underground exploration results will be interesting to say the least, HBM will more than likely downplay it big time if they results are super positive.

I respectfully disagree Marty. It's not only the Reed deposit they are interested in (or expansion thereof), but also a land grab. Hudbay and Glenn Pountney own about 1/3 of the company. Their actions speak louder than whatever words come from them. To me it looks like they are preparing for a battle if it goes that far.
