Funny management says good deal for shareholders, copper is up to 2.09 and from what i've been reading metals have bottomed. Any event the deal sucks. Vote no. jmo.

I totally agree NOT Intimidated ... we do not have much choice IS ACCEPTING THE DEAL OR DEATH ... IS TAKING $ .085 / SH or ... ZERO! Because otherwise VMS has no future ...! hoping that the sun will shine again ... someday ... with RNX.
