it's gonna hurt
Even if they would give us a RNX share for every VMS (which i dont expect) most of us would still be down alot...at least this deal seems be bumping up the price for RNX....i bought into RNX hype a few years ago on their IPO at 2.80 and ended up getting out at .40 so am not too confident in their management....

COUNT ON AT LEAST 10 vms shares for one rnx. Do you think we will do better?

VMS shareholders will receive 36,000,000 RNX shares. VMS has 146,500,000 outstanding shares, so that means VMS shareholders would get 1 RNX share for every 4 VMS shares or 0.25 RNX for each VMS share.

if it would be 10-1 then i might as well give them away for .06 or so and buy rnx @ .20 or are you thinking rnx will go to .60 soon?

Where do you get 10 VMS to 1 RNX? I even showed how to get 4 to 1. Am I missing something or is there just some FUD on here to confuse people?

If its 4 for 1 or 10 for 1 it should all be spelled out within the week and in plain words and the math all down on a news release for shareholders to see and digest. jmo. Either way I LOOSE BIG TIME l. jmo

RNX will issue 36 mln shares VMS has 146 mln shares out according to SH so the ratio is: 36 mln / 146 mln = 0.2465 so, you need 4 VMS shares for 1 RNX share roughly

Well it was spelled out in the news release. You'll end up with about 1 NAN share per 5 VMS shares, 1 RNX per 4 VMS, and about $0.025/share from the cash. The end result is 99% of investors are shafted.

66 2/3% yes vote is still required. That means only 33 1/3% have to say no. Or we get a counter offer from somebody else. No idea what the chances are of a no vote or a counter offer.
