Disgusting.

We're missing out on share price recovery!

The venture has bottomed. It's currently approaching its 200dma and we sit. I love how management used the Venture exchange as a comparison when share price was declining. I'd love to hear their explanation why we aren't following the exchange now?!! 

This is is the WORST possible time to make a "deal" (laughable) for share holders!

Without this deal, we'd be trading north of $.10 right now.
