Yes, we get a vote.  Every vote counts... So make sure to vote. They need to 2/3 approval for agreement to pass. In my opinion, active and "creative" management would have taken advantage of this depressed market. Reed was/is taken care of. We discovered Reed by exploring. That's what exploration companies do. I find it insane that companies like this are free to trade on a "legitimate" exchange in Canada...been following this since the discovery, not foolish enough to hold....but how is the CEO allowed to hold the original claims and agreement in his own name...then they helped run the stock to 1.50 per share, while insiders were selling but not accounting for their sales until a year or two
