I got the voting packages today. I want to vote against. Before that, I would like to know what are the 3 options and how do they benefit a share holder. I bought in the range of .20- . 28 . I have about 200k shares in the family. How come GP agreed for this? I beileve his purchase price is around .25 cents. Can some one explain the whole scenario? Is it  worth voting against? How come all ...more

The booklet asks very celarly to vote for the deal. It says the board is in full agreement. I dont expect anything contrary to what they have sent me. I am  confused. I am also not sure to what extent my vote will affect the agreement. Is it a done deal? Am I  asked just to nod my head? I alreeady lost a considerable amounts in this and CZA( another dog!) An inside GP buys in large ...more

The Glen question is a mystery. Why would anyone in their right mind agree to a deal that pays back less than a third of their investment. We need to know what arrangement the company has made with Glen to get him onside, of maybe the deal was with HBM a company that he has had deals with in the past. Count me as one of the confused. Ialso own close to 100,000 shares & I do feel that if enough ...more

Sawtooth1 I have to agree with you and on that note I HAVE VOTED NO. They haven't even got Royal Nickel SYSBOLS RIGHT. ITS RNX NOT RNC. tHINK WE NEED A LAWYER HERE. Any body know one. Can't believe this plan.jmo
Comment by Buck65 on Mar 31, 2016 4:21pm
not too sure it will make a difference but i too will vote no....i bought into RNX on their IPO and paid 2.80...didnt seem to take too long and the price slid down to .40 when i finally had enough...the only thing that went up in  all that time was their wages.. i feel like i'm going from the frying pan into the fire and i'm afraid if they take over vms i will be burned  again... ...more

VMS has been overly silent for a long time now... much more so after partnering with HBM.  The shareholders have been left in the dark for the most part. If VMS gave me one good reason why I should vote yes, then ok, something to think about, but none of this makes sense and they haven't said a peep about the takeover.  The Glen Poutney thing is what really has me confused.  My ...more

So most of us agree the current takeover offer is complete garbage and I fully intend to vote no, but does anybody have any guesses to the outcome of a successful no vote?

I voted against. I just wanted t know what happens when it is voted down? Would Royal Nickel up the offer or walk away? If the vote wins, then what happens? Where HBM fits in this whole game? They have tons of mney. Woud HBM gobble up the Royal Nickel? Looking for any thoughts/feedback. Thanks scluri
