a successful no vote?

considering the plight of the cash vms ... a negative vote will result in the dissolution of the company after delisting pure ... of course ...

so please govern accordingly ...!

Nezcasse where does it say a no vote means dissolution of the company. Who gave you that answer ? Please.

A more likely solution to dissolution would be to raise $100 to 200k (maybe sell NAN?), terminate any and all employees except for the president and CFO who would be paid poverty wages for continuing to do nothing. Terminate the office lease, cancel the phone line and use you lawyer's office for corporate purposes. You can out wait Hudbay, but it won't be fun.

Well VMS management has stated thier is a pending drill program in the Reed MINE area waitng for the special meeting vote to be concluded.  IF they are going to fold the company why is the drilling pending and not just canceled. Any body, got an answer. Read the News release.

With an outstanding debt to HBM of some 20 million & Glen into the company for many millions no way could they fold the company someone would end up behind bars. As to selling NAN I think Sentent Group might weigh in on that one. Vote NO and you just might get a better deal down the road. We are still a producing mine do not forget. JMO GLTAL

I say a no vote is the only way with the info we are receiving or lak thereof. From what I have been reading from others more in the know than myself copper has bottom and this year will prove it out. It's too early in the game for this deal.  gOLD AND SILVER is just begining to head higher. Deal is no deal. But we need a big no vote from all the smaller shareholders. We might get that ...more
