VMS valuations and options

At .36 rnx vms is worth .392 *.36 =.141 plus I think about 2 cents for the NAN dividend so the proper price is 15 to 16 cents. So 1 of 3 things. Market is stupid, does not believe rnx will stay here or that the sale will fail. On options if it passes you will than be given time to call your broker and chose cash and .24 or .392.

I am assuming you will be given time to call your broker if it passes. I voted online. Like everyone said the 2 options are not there. This is how it has worked in previous mergers I have owned so here`s hoping.

Thanks great info. I voted online gave my shares to management. May have to undo that once I hear back from management on what 2 options they are choosing. My bad in assuming I would still have the right to make the choice after the yes or no.

Leebo31 management is voting yes. They don't have to tell you what option each one has picked. Do you understand?

Sorry LEEBO31 I was responding to Happychucky123 in my post. glta. Didn't choose any option they all stink. jmo. glta. Also voted NO. jmo.

A no vote I guess turns into the cash and .24. I understand your No. My average on 300k shares was 40 cents pick up another 300k at .07 so the only way I figure I can make some money is with RNX. Sad ending

Happychucky123 you got to do what you got to do it's your call. Good luck. jmo.

I believe it's your 2nd point... RNX might fall, so you can't just blindly say VMS is worth 14 cents.  Saying that, I picked up a few more at 11.5 cents today.  RNX can fall to .30 and I'm still ahead a bit.
