Did the math and....
...if my calculations are correct, I end up getting .1297 cents a share for VMS assuming deal closed with RNX at .43 cents. No wonder it got halted as there were buyers as high as .14 1/2 cents before the halt and a sure loosing bet not knowing what the jargon of the legal terms actually meant. Unless you had a lawyer to clarify this whole mumbo jumbo you were left in the dark much like any VMS shareholder owning this hokey pokey outfit the last few years. The good news is hopefully JR was finally shown the door after years of collecting an over inflated salary. From 12% copper grades to .12 cents a share and change. Nothing ever changes on the sad sack Venture exchange.All in my opinion only.
