An investor sold more than 5 million shares in the last two weeks, under the ANONYMOUS
founction. So, at 70 cents today, VPH is very oversold!

VPH is holding well today. Good news: an insider bought 150,000 shares at these depressed prices according to INK Researck (July 19th). Fidelity continues to accumulate too.
