Q3 Preview

-ARC revenue acceleration has to continue, looking for >30% QoQ to around 470K in revenue. 

-Gross margin expansion should continue looking for 60% GM

-Live user looking for 65-70 range hoping for higher end

-Invoice and Payment totals of 550,000 and 65,000,000 respectively

-General & Administrative costs have to get under control looking for <1.5M

-Any commentary of larger Tier 1 Bank deal

-Commentary for a glide path to EBITDA positive by the end of 2017


Not betting the farm into the number but once management gives a clear path to EBITDA positive is my big thing I am looking to get real bullish just like what happened with AT.TO

Good input. I'm expecting something along those lines as well. Would love to see the same thing happy to VPY that happened to AT!  Same level of faith in each management team, so I am expecting VPY to follow suit.
