Another director exiting? John Hewlett has accumulated the largest share position and steps down without a news release? Am I reading this correctly? Does this avoid insider reporting?

Not standing for re-election is not the same as steppig down and no press release is required as the Info Circ tells you he will no longer be on the board. As far as insider reporting, he will no longer be considered and insider. Prepare to eat more paper......
