I clicked on the 'In the News' section on the Rango website and watched the flyover of the California oil fields. I'm about 90% sure that is the Lost HIlls Field they are flying over (correct me if I am wrong but I've seen it with my own eyes when stopping for a burger).
That field is directly south of the Middle dome, as Lost Hills= the south dome. I am pretty sure the middle dome will be covered with pumpers like that one day!

RAGO is deep over there. Wish I could buy lots more but I am in what I am able to afford.

If you use Google maps, the satelite view, and Google Earth you can see the whole area and where stuff is going on. All trhat you see west of the 5, at about Buttonwillow is the South Dome area. Transpose the geology maps over the area, best way I found was to use the 5 and the 46 I think it is, or whatever roads you can find, line them all up and it paints a pretty compelling picture of what has ...more
