Every re*****ble public company has a public relations effort in place, to tell the news, good or bad. Why would anyone think that hiring a PR firm is a bad thing?

Storys need to be told, right? Isn't that why writers have publishers?? This story is great, I've been on site, met Vince(super cool dude), and needless to say I am long, size!

Its an OTC Co and a good one that needs to be incubated to the public to spread the word.
