Falc I thought maybe you could help me out here. You do a lot of good investigating on these projects. I am really confused. With the amount of water that was stated on these blogs to be at Elk Hills how could OXY make any money. Did OXY just drill water wells put in a special plant to process the water then sell the water and use oil and gas as a by product. Did OXY sell the oil at a loss because it cost so much to process the water that  they just used Elk Hills as a write off every year for years because they were making too much money? I just can not understand why they put in so many wells if they had so much water there.
