I'm new to Medical Marijuana Space....

I don't know much about the medical marijuana space, but a company called Tweed, [TWD.V] just did an IPO today and that company is valued at close to US$ 90 million. TWD has 35 million shares outstanding.

From yesterday's press release, Rango, (soon to be called Verde Science) will have the exact same business model as Tweed, cultivating and selling licensed medicial marijuana. Verde will be selling in California and Tweed in British Columbia, Canada.

Tweed is further along than Verde Science, but cannabis plants take just 3 months to grow. Verde could certainly have a crop(s) in progress before year-end....Tweed's market cap is US$90 million, Rango's / (Verde Science's) market cap is $10 million.

I'm not saying that Rango is a buy at 10c, (I don't know, I'm still studying it) but unless one is morally against the medical marijuana business, one should kick the tires on the new line of business before selling RAGO shares.
