My chart is saying wcp & tog are within 1% of each other last 10 days. So $2.48 plus soon to be dividend seems fair to me.

I think this should work out very well for shareholders of both companies.  Major synergies will be achieved by larger scale.  Currently hold WCP, have held TOG in the past.  2 good companies, now 1 better company.  I expect the transaction will be well recieved by the market, and the shares will do better over time than either WCP or TOG would do as a stand alone.  Will

Eric is already praising the deal.  math is good. Your forgetting there is now a dividend involved.  I expect I good jump up on opening

I'm voting no. Wcp sp will slowly drift down which devalues tog. This is a joke of a buyoutt

I'm a long TOG shareholder, I don't see how our stock price doesn't drift down tomorrow based on this announcement which values TOG at 2.48/share based on today's price for WCP.  I hope I'm wrong and would gladly welcome any explanation as to why we would go up.

If you were holding both,  would you be selling off TOG and moving over into WCP?   I do hold both, and do not know what to do now.

There is no selling one and buying the other now. They will be in lockstep with each other at the .57 ratios until the end. Discrepancy between the two is over.  Go WCP !!
