Nah your news is only half truth pumper. They bought into a late stage application. Cannabis Production and Processing Facilities On October23, 2018, Veritas announcedastrategic investment inaCannabis production facility in Kelowna, BC. Through this agreement,Veritas will havea25% ownership stake in a 10,000 square foot cannabis growing facility in advance stages of being licensedunder the Health Canada Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).This building will accommodate up to four Micro Grow licensees each with approximately 2,100 square feet of growing capacityandestimated production of 80kg each on an 8-week cycle. Veritas maintains an option to increase its ownership of this facility.

Yea, you are right on this. For some reason I thought they had been granted one, but it would appear from all of the filings that they have not yet received a licence to date, aside from one to import/export.
