VERITAS HEALTH CANADA LICENSE - up 37%

HEALTH CANADA LICENSE ACQUIRED through acquisition. GLTA Veritas Pharma Inc. (CSE: VRT; OTC: VRTHF; and Frankfurt: 2VP) (Veritas or the Company) is pleased to announce a $1.25 million investment to acquire a 25% interest in a 10,000 square foot cannabis growing facility located in Kelowna, British Columbia, and licensed under the Health Canada Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR). The investment is by way of acquiring shares in a holding company (Holdco) which has a long-term lease in an acreage in Kelowna which could accommodate up to 10 additional 10,000 square foot cannabis growing facilities. The total investment into the first building is $5,000,000. This building will accommodate up to four Micro Grow licensees each with approximately 2,100 square feet of growing capacity. Veritas is currently raising up to $2.75 million through a private placement previously announced September 20, 2018. Veritas plans to continue to expand its investment.

Looked everywhere all I see is no licence, with a volume of 10000 shares traded.

Yea, it's weird.  That's from the News Release dated October 23, 2018.   From the corporate update dated March 27, 2019, Veritas says the following: "Cannabis Production and Processing Facilities On October 23, 2018, Veritas announced a strategic investment in a Cannabis production facility in Kelowna, BC.
