No class action lawsuit?

New management is picking up the pieces. They had a hell of a mess to clean up, more to come. Under lui though (previous CEO)it was a total mess. How did he get away with everyone's cash and no lawsuit for the shareholders. I cant believe (but do)that shareholders have no means of legal justice for a man who ripped everyone off. This guy is a criminal and its blatant.

I wouldn’t blame Lui exclusively. Trust me in these cases it was definitely a team effort. All the management and everyone else in the background with decision making abilities. Lui was probably more naive than anything. The sad thing is that they still really haven’t gotten there act together when they still can. What the heck are they doing now?
