Liberty One Lithium reinstated for trading

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 22, 2020, the exchange has been advised that the cease trade orders issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission dated July 21, 2020, have been revoked.
Effective at the opening, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the company.
Liberty One agreement for Jackfish Lake property

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated June 2, 2020, between the Liberty One Lithium Corp. and Rudolph Wahl, doing business as Wahl Prospecting, pursuant to which the company has acquired an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Jackfish Lake property, located in Thunder Bay, Ont., by paying a total cash payments of $110,000 ($30,000 in the first year) and the issuance of 1.6 million shares (700,000 shares in the first year) over a four-year period, subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, half of which can be purchased by the company for $1-million.
