Takeover Interest!!

Great strategy...generate some takeover interest and look what happens...POP!  AIMCO owns 16% of VT.   Great opportunity to sell into this hype!   What a wonderfull opportunity to take profits!  Absolutely wonderful....TGIF!   SELL....no offer is coming now that VT is over $13.....
