Those insider buys appear to be part of some sort of internal RRSP purchase program. It may be the company is partially matching purchases or they are otherwise below market. Definitely not as good as ordinary buys on the open market. Much more impressive is Terry Stephenson's purchase of 1,081,054 shares last June 27. Shows real conviction. But it was a while ago.
