AGRA, a compnay that is STILL retro-fitting wihtout a single plant in soil yet is merley 10 bloody cents lower than this "ESTABLISHED" company, a comapny that's been round for a few years now, WITH global exposure...and it sits a mere few cents above a company JUST getting started, WITHOUT ONE SINGLE PLANT even gowing yet!

Well I'm referring to this company and anyone else who can't seemt o figure out that shares don't rise without new investment...so how are they attracting new investment?
