May be it is part of his divorce deal to sell 20K shares per day and pay her ex the proceeds !! Other insiders have bought at much higher prices and large blocks.

Totally agree. Danny received $21M last year, earns over $230k/year, and will receive more cheap 'performance' options in December. (Together, the brothers have walked away with the equivalent of the current enterprise value of VIVO. And they still have 75M shares! This was a de facto reverse take over.)
