The company was totally transparent about these sales. Dan was paid mostly in VIVO shares for his stake in Canna Farms, he needs money so they arranged an automatic sales program for 20K shares a day... that is a small amount and gives some nice liquidity in the stock. I'm betting that this stock is near the lows and that we might actually have some decent revenues in a couple weeks. The risk/reward is very favorable for this company at this level IMO.
Good numbers and it could easily double or more if the general pot sector bottoms and reverses direction near term.

Have to agree. It's not illegal but this type of greed is certainly, in my opinion, immoral when is comes at the expense of the rest of the shareholders. When I experienced what Ken did to the share price when he sold off his last batch of shares, I decided no matter the price I would sell before Nov. 3 when he undoubtedly would be back into his selling cycle.
