We are Professionals not Cowboys says CEO at last AGM !!!

frustratingly looking toward Q1 !! Going forward, we see several positive catalysts which are expected to deliver profitable growth, including production expansion, distribution channel development, entry into high-growth international markets, and the development and launch of innovative products and services. We are also pleased to be experiencing increased sales in Q1 2020, supported by our medical and Cannabis 2.0 products."

Then we have this bone head who gets 38 million shares given to him at $1.27 from sale of canna farms and has the need to sell 20,000 shres every day.....nothing like being professional !! SMH May 1/20 May 1/20 Laflamme, Daniel Control or Direction Common Shares 10 - Disposition in the public market -20,000 $0.230  ...more

Don't reply too often to these chat rooms, but this selling off shares, might just be the engineered reason to keep the price down. Management just needs a reason to justify the downward pressure, and boom, manipulate the share price to the floor, acquire all the shares from weak hands, accumulate and wait. Once the damage is done, drive the price, stabilized it at a much higher level and cash ...more

Who knows but one question I ask is if the company is doing so great why does this bone head need to sell his 20,000 every day at a 52 week lows?? sends a great message to shareholders ( you know be professionals and all ) Given shares at $1.27 for the sale of Canna farms and the need to sell here? really? does not sound too bright to me !! It is no secret that laflemme set this up from the beginning. Guess you should have sold your shares when that press release came out.  Now you want to jump on that band wagon ?? Wow
Comment by 1hot-techwoman on May 07, 2020 10:21am
Ok then Daniel Laflemme..

Hahaha. WOW. I can only wish.

Now that Daniel Laflemme has stopped his barrage of selling you may be right!

Don't know why LaFlamme's sales are so confusing to people. He built his own company, sold it for loads of shares in another company, and now wanted to cash in for some actual liquid return. He's only selling, what, 5% of his shares? Yeah, I'd love to say "have some faith in your company and be patient", but they're his shares and he had so many that it makes ...more

Nice try, Danny! Alright, let's assume that you're not Danny. In Sept 2018, he pocketed $21M (Ray another $21M), in addition to more than 75M shares for a tiny little grow op that produces less than my local dealer. Then since last year he's been successful in driving the stock into the ground - this is a new venture in a new market and he never gave it a chance. Not sure why you would ...more

I'm not apologizing for him. All I said was I don't understand the confusion about what he's doing. It wasn't "selling to drive the price down so they can buy more low" or anything like that. It was pretty simple - he had more shares than he knows what to do with, so he cashed out a small % of those shares at garbage prices. Was it obnoxious for investors? Absolutely ...more

$.22 cost base, hence your optimism. Most are not in your shoes, but that is our fault, I know.

It is a plausible explanation for Laflamme's selling. The bigger questions surround the urgency and timing? Why the sudden rush to end the automatic selling programme with big final dispositions and shareprice st all time lows? Coinciding with more news (updates on positive milestones)released in three weeks then over the course of the previous six months. Remember that the next quarter ...more

I think that's a very smart take. I did find it quite strange that he would end the authorized sales just do to dump 3 million at once. But it was also very reassuring to see the support levels hold despite such a large amount of shares sold at once. Overall I think the opportunity vs risk here is tremendous. There's limited downside from these level, while 6 straight quarters of revenue ...more

VIVO had an asymetric risk profile benefiting the upside from these prices. This is the ground level. Lots of catalysts, continuous revenue growth, clean balance sheet, globally diverse, high margin products, canna-pharma focus, profitability on the horizon, and a once-in-a-generation burgeoning market opportunity. Cheers, Schaff

Agree with all your positive points but what is the downside,National Financial doesn't see the sp going anywhere. They will need to put up real numbers in the next 2-3 quarterlies.
