Because all these VIVO MF***ers are fraud. He stops his automatic plan and then sells 2 million and 1.2 million shares in open market. The stock was up 13% yesterday and bcoz of this Daniel MF we end up only 4% up. This company is for their benefit only and shareholders means nothing to them.

Hi Sanmeet Sadly, I must agree with you.  Insiders and past insiders have been seeling consistently over the past few years and they still have upwards of 80,000,000 shares to unload.  Untilo te majority of that is gone, the share price will likely go nowhere.  Some have suggested here that the insiders are "losing" selling their shares at this level.  One must keep ...more

good side, is those two sales of 3.2M shares represent app 10% of his holdings, holds app 28M now...keep selling and get this mess cleared up. Vivo seems to have their ducks all lined up for bigger & better things going forward; 1) $100M share prospectus 2) HC approval to expand operations, 3)Supply/education medical cannabis deal with Shoppers, 4) supply deals to Australia & Germany. With the news in recent days it would be nice to see other insiders step up and buy those cheap Laflamme shares to give investors some confidence.

Moose 73 Yes it would be nice to see insiders buying.  The last buy I can see was back in November 2019.  It seems that insiders would rather convert their investment dollars from their own company into a bank account.  Sad comment  on what they think of ther own company.  Clearly they are happy to get "free shares" which they can subsequently dump into the ...more
