my d&d leaves me to believe that vivo as compared to peers with very little sales with improved infrastructure in past yr news & financials pending close to cashflow positive would fetch a minimum buyout price of 1.25 conservatively comments?

I think 1$ per is reasonable to say. Around 300 mill for a on the verge profitable industry. They have huge revenue increases 5of6 of there past quarters.

Any time I have had shares of a company bought out it goes by a 30-40% premium at the present share price, at that rate we would be looking around $.40
