Difficult to come to a conclusion re: Insider Buying. In May there was a significant Open Market purchase by a director (300,000 @ .135 John Easson) and an Option Grant of 400,000 July 5th to an officer.(Mariana Fomar) Presumably the Options are deemed to have value.
