endless private placements kill the stockprice in these companies. No movement on shareprice can occur until they advance their business plan. These pp's give them enough money to tread water until the next one. And dilute everyone else. If there was a real reason to invest, we should not need to dilute at .06 and for so long......... everytme we seem close, we get hit in the face with a PP ...more
