What is the company's shares outstanding?

Someone on the yahoo message board says it's 10 billions.
Anyone here knows the truth?

overall market cap is:  136.52K so $136,520 (according to my calculator) They had a $1.7 million deficit according to the financials. Made $3 million, but about 2 mil went towards the cost of making the profit + expenses. stockhouse says it has 330.43m which I think makes 330 million shares. works out to 0.0004 of a cent I believe.  the calculator didn't like the division.  ...more

And what will the expansion cost is another question. Who will lend them the money to expand and what will be the cost of financing. Alot of companies at this level raise money through toxic financing. Is possibly why the share price tanked from $.09 to where it is now. Some think can't go much lower but resurrecting this company from this price is also a momentous task. Good luck to anyone ...more

My info from my broker account says 165 mill shares outstanding, yahoo finance says 273 mill and stock house says 330 mill, I'm sure the truth is out there.  The 10 billion thing was an authorization to dispense them, according to the sec filing I read most of they don't plan to use them, though these guys seem a bit shady.  they are trying to expand by franchising.  They ...more

48 million shares yesterday traded. at least $150 isn't much.  I'm sure some people are in a lot more. I only bought because this stock is so friggin cheap, never seen a price like this.  But on the up chance they are successful in their ventures and go back to 9 cents, that is a significant boost on a very small investment.  not paying off mortgages or anything. hold ...more

Yup same here, threw some money on 00 on the roulette table.  10.00 or bust I say!  Come on 100 orders for franchises!
