strategic review of nextbus
no comments on this news story! I suggest that they have a prospective buyer and want to see if they can get a bit more.

Nextbus is something like 8 million dollar business in terms of revenue per year. How much can it fetch ? 15 million? The next step for them is to merge quadrant and interfleet to a bigger trucking telematics or logistics ompany. They certainly don't want nextbus. My guess is that the final sale will happen before end of this year.

Is this going to be a firesale ? A pity nearly all of the Grey Island aquisitions and expertise seem to have been frittered away What a mess ! From a dominant position to that of the weakest company in the sector in 2 years Well done guys

this is a turnaround and it takes time. most turnarounds take at least 6 months, sometimes even longer. Imagine if they sell next bus for 15m cash then they can put the money to good use. The last influx in cash from goodwould was put to good use! keep the faith!!! remember last Q4 in 2010 they had only 11M in revenue, so we will see the turnaround beginning!!!!

I agree that another company buying it would be the answer This seems the only logical way to go to protect the company and its main shareholders. Whatever uranium is smoking it must be pretty strong to cloud his/her judgemnent. How can you say a drop of 60 to 26 in 2 years is a good thing ?
