What happens after Nextbus sale?

What's wrong with the board at Webtech?  Shouldn't they be trying to sell Webtech and not Nextbus?  Once Webtech management has their hands on the Nextbus cash, they'll just fritter it away. As far as I can tell they've never made money and it's gotten worse under current mgmt.   Even if they sell Webtech after the sale, the Nextbus cash will be a lot less than if they sold Webtech whole right now.  And I'm sure there would be buyers for Webtech.  A webtech buyer  in the fleet management world could still sell NextBus, fire most of Webetech's people, including ALL o ftheir management, and improve service to Webtech's customers with better technology and service.  And Webtech's shareholders would be the winners in such a sale.
