Next Bus

Does anyone know what the issues are with the Franchisee for Next Bus? It seems like the deal stalled because of some glitches to do with Intellectual Property Rights or other dispute which made the transaction risky for the purchaser? Also, 3 million shares changed hands on Thursday. Who is buying and who is selling?

Does the phrase "gross management incompetence" come to mind?  Wouldn't smart managers resolve issues BEFORE putting a company like Nextbus up for sale.  Stock is on a downward slide.

insider buying at 25 cents.  insiders  have bought or issued stock options or private placements at 60 cents, 40 cents, 34.5 cents, 30 cents and now 25 cents. why is the stock only 22 cents now? it does not make sense as this managements incredible telematics vision and execution and strategy in choosing their vertical markets is only matched by their incerdibly astute investing ...more
