Cause of stock slide

Could the deep slide in the stock price be due to the legal issues that canceled the nextbus sale?  or the market predicting a drop in webtech's revenues/earnings for the quarter?  Seems that webtech's market cap now is about equal to what nextbus is probably worth - which means that webtech by itself is worth  - let me say it - ZERO
