news out today.

good that this is resolved but one has to ask  why they went down the strategic path prior to getting this sorted. How much $$ was wasted on the strategic assessment of NB?? $500,000? $1,000,000? There are so many similar mistakes by this company over the past few years, and when you then look at the restatements of the past, negative growth, antiquated technology, executive departures, you can only come to one conclusion. Why the chairman and Goodwood are waiting is beyond comprehension.

With all due respect, and nothing personal brother, but there is only one thing that needs to happen in order for this company to truly begin its turn around. I am a frustrated shareholder and the board needs to bite the bullet, make the payout and put a respected engineer with a real vision in place to re-gain the respect of its employees and the market in general.

You sell Nextbus and then what? a small bump and more cash to burn on non performance while shareholder value reduces even more?

Prove me wrong because 20 cents is a joke and what the market thinks of the current vision.

Regards, Frustrated long term shareholder.

I think the key thing to look at the stock is the goodwood entry point at 0.40.  Also a good comparison case is what Goodwood did with Westaim. They basically sold the company and gave shareholders one time dividend. My guess is that Goodwood will also try to sell off the asset of the company piece by piece to fetch max value. Webtech has stated that they already have buyers who would would ...more

The recent PR basically lowers the NET price of NextBus by $3M. Because they spent $3M in acquiring the IP assets, if someone pays $15M for NextBus, the net value to WEW after lawyers & auditors and the Investment bankers will be about $11M. Obviously this number goes up or down based on the actual purchase price. What does WEW look like after the sale of NextBus? An even smaller company ...more

Who would pay 15 Million for Nextbus when at todays share price 20 million would let you buy all of Webtech?    You could make back the 5 Million extra by getting rid of overpriced employees like Webtech Managment.
