BSM Wireless raises $22m

BSM raises $22m at $3. Hats off to the management team at BSM. They got the street to buy into their story, took stock from $1 to over $3, trade at over 3.5 Revenues. That's how its done. Not like WEW team who has no coverage, no following , and the valuation is less than 1x Revenues with a cash rich balance sheet. Hopefully BSM uses its cash to buy out WEW, can pay a big premium and it would still be wildly accretive to BSM shareholders.

BSM and WEW have about the same quarterly revenue. Mkt cap WEW is  $38 M with $22m in cash, mkt cap BSM , symbol GPS , $121M  cash just raised $22M.  So WEW  mkt cap less cash is  $16M  doing same amount of business as GPS with mkt cap less cash of $100M.   I know which stock is cheaper, do you?

BSM technologies has much stronger growth in the railway market. Its fleet mangement is the same turd as wew. WEW is just about fleet management and it's hard to grow with so many competitors in the market today.

actually BSM and the other key players in the fleet telematics market that have continued to innovate are growing big time. It is companies like WEW with a lemming leadership that stopped innovating that have stagnated or reclined! Look at WEW's churn and relate that to their C - if they would have kept innovating, 39 cents would have a dollar in front of it!!!!!!!! WEW is never in on any of ...more
