turnover and churn related?

Check out the management information circular on sedar.com as a matter of public record. Severence was paid to ALL of the former folks.
 
lots of staff turn over for some reason. From Sedar:

Scott B. Edmonds President and CEO Base 300,000 bonus 203,958 plus option award for total over $ 530,000
 
Trevor Greene CFO base 175,000 bonus 72,000 
 
Larry Juba COO base 250,000 bonus167,630 and option award for total over $ 430,000
